As Distribution Superintendent, Dave Rife manages the Utility Boards largest department.  He is responsible of the maintenance and construction of the water distribution and sewerage collection systems.  In addition, Mr. Rife is responsible for the Utility Board vehicle fleet and its inventory and purchasing operation.

Mr. Rife has been a Utility Board employee since 1983.  He has worked at almost every assignment in the department that he now manages.
