Fracking began at Morgantown Industrial Park (MIP) Sept. 30, 2011 and was completed on or about Nov. 20, 2011. In response to the fracking and the gas well operations MUB initiated an extensive and continuous water monitoring program. The program was initiated to help identify any possible water quality impacts resulting from the operations. Data from this monitoring can be found on our Water Quality Monitoring site. As part of our public education program we are also providing Fracking Fluid Information via Dropbox and Drilling Fluid Information as well the below contact lists and various correspondence.

Information on our local water quality is available in our Consumer Confidence Report.
