A member of Morgantown City Council, Dave Harshbarger was selected to serve as the City's representative to the Morgantown Utility Board Board of Directors on November 14, 2022. Harshbarger is serving as the Sixth Ward representative on Morgantown City Council for the July 1, 2021 to June 30, 2025 term. He has worked as a wellness professional for more than 30 years, serving more than two decades of that time with West Virginia University medicine.
