Joe McDonald
A 20-year veteran of Morgantown Utility Board, Joey McDonald takes great pride in having worked his way from a laborer to the current position of Distribution and Collection Superintendent. The climb included everything from shoveling sludge, to main line construction, operating backhoes and excavators, to serving as a construction superintendent.
As part of his career at MUB, Joey spent considerable time working within the engineering department. During this time, he developed specializations in construction and project management as well as system analysis and design utilizing AutoCad and other software. He also has extensive experience in preparing cost estimates, drawings for new and existing construction projects and developing “as-built” plans.
Joey is a graduate of Morgantown High school and also holds a certification in Computer Aided Drafting from the Monongalia County Technical Education Center.
