Richard Rogers

Born and raised in Fairmont, Richard “Rich” Rogers has more than 20 years of civil engineering consulting experience with several engineering firms in Morgantown. He has held various positions throughout his extensive career, advancing from staff engineer to project manager into executive leadership roles.

Rich holds a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from West Virginia University and is a professional engineer.
