Beechurst Avenue Update
--UPDATE: Beechurst Avenue --
MUB’s work on Beechurst Avenue will continue through Monday and Tuesday of next week with a probability of Wednesday morning. Crews will continue with the same traffic patterns used earlier this week, with the southbound lane and left turning lane (heading toward downtown) of Beechurst Avenue closed between 6th Street and 7th Street (in front of the Senaca Center) from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. MUB flaggers will divert all traffic into the single northbound lane. Plates will be placed over the worksite during non-work hours and the road reopened.
We realize the inconvenience this work causes; however, it is necessary to protect public safety. We reiterate that motorists should expect significant delays along Beechurst Avenue and are encouraged to avoid the area when possible.
