​Planned water outage in Westover

On Thursday, December 18, a planned water outage will affect addresses 48 to 133 National Lane (Westover) between the hours of 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. The outage is necessary while crews tie-in water service lines to a new 4" main that was recently installed via directional drill.

Once service is restored, water quality samples will be collected that require a minimum of 24 hours for analysis. During this 24-hour period a boil water advisory will be issued for residences listed above. The advisory will instruct customers to boil water for one minute and let it cool before using, or to use bottled water. Boiled or bottled water should be used for drinking, making ice, brushing teeth, and food preparation until this advisory is lifted.
