Planned Water Outage Scheduled for Distributor Drive on August 9
Morgantown Utility Board (MUB) is advising customers of a planned water outage on Distributor Drive scheduled for Sunday, August 9, 2026, from 9:00 a.m. until approximately 2:00 p.m.
The outage is necessary to allow MUB crews to complete a water line tie-in associated with the recent West Virginia Division of Highways (WVDOH) work on Greenbag Road.
Following the outage, all affected customers will be placed under a precautionary boil water advisory for a minimum of 24 hours. Customers will receive additional notifications when the advisory is issued and again when it is lifted.
