The work includes:

Furnishing all materials, labor, and necessary items for the construction and installation of approximately 1,530 LF of 6 (six), 8 (eight), 15 (fifteen), 18 (eighteen) to 24 (twenty-four) inch PVC gravity sewer pipe, 220 LF of 18 (eighteen) inch HDPE gravity sewer pipe, the installation of 15 new manholes, rebuilding and abandonment of existing pipe and manholes, and connection of new pipe to proposed manholes and pipe.

Bidding Documents must be obtained from the Issuing Office, which is the Morgantown Utility Board, 278 Greenbag Road, Morgantown, West Virginia 26507-0852, (304) 292-8443. A nonrefundable fee of $100.00 will be required to be acknowledged as a Plan Holder of Record. Plan Holder of Record will be given official bidding documents including full-sized drawings. Only Plan Holders of Record may be allowed to submit official bids. Bidding Documents must be paid for and obtained by 2:00 pm March 4, 2026. Overnight mailing of Bidding Documents will not be provided.

Any Contractor submitting a Bid on this project hereby certifies, indicates, and acknowledges that he/she has a valid and current General Engineering Contractor License from the State of West Virginia and meets all the qualifications required by the statutes of the state and subdivision in which the work is to be performed.
