Location: The Morgantown Mall Water Tank is located off Pitman Road (Near FedEx) above the Morgantown Mall in Westover (39° 37’ 37.39” N, 80° 00’ 10.79” W).

Any Contractor submitting a Bid on this project hereby certifies, indicates, and acknowledges that he/she has a Specialty – Painting and/or General Engineering Contractor License from the State of West Virginia and meets all the qualifications required by the statutes of the state and subdivision in which the work is to be performed.
