The project is on Fairchance Road in Monongalia County, West Virginia.

The work includes construction of +/- 1,677 LF of 8” PVC gravity sewer line, three (3) drop manholes, eleven (11) standard manholes, and all other related appurtenances.

Directions to the project site: take Interstate 68 east to Exit 10 (Cheat Lake Uniontown Pa. Exit). Turn left onto WV route 43 (Mon-Fayette Expressway). Continue on WV rout 43 to Exit 1 (Cheat Lake Fairchance Road).Turn left onto Goldcrest Lane to WV County route 857 (Fairchance Road). Take left on WV County route 857 (Fairchance Road). Continue on Fairchance Road for approximately 900 feet. The project is located on your left.

Any Contractor submitting a Bid on this project hereby certifies, indicates, and acknowledges that he/she has a valid and current General Engineering Contractor License from the State of West Virginia and meets all the qualifications required by the statutes of the state and subdivision in which the work is to be performed.
