Project Description:

Morgantown Utility Board requests proposals for technical services to assess and potentially design improvements to the Cheat Lake Wastewater Treatment Plant and Whites Run Pumping Station.

Prospective Consultants must register with Morgantown Utility Board by submitting a written Letter of Interest, which must be received by Morgantown Utility Board no later than 4:00 p.m. January 31, 2019.Morgantown Utility Board will issue a formal Request for Proposal (RFP) document to all prospective Consultants who submit an LOI expressing their wish to be considered.The required procedure includes submission of a Statement of Qualification (SOQ), which must be received by Morgantown Utility Board no later than 4:00 p.m. February 21, 2019.Early submission of the Letter of Interest is strongly encouraged.

Based upon the review of the SOQ of each respondent, at least three firms will be invited for interviews with the selection committee.Said interviews shall be by invitation only.
