Project Description:

This project is located off of West Virginia County Route 7 (Mason Dixon Highway) in Morgantown, Monongalia County, West Virginia.

The work includes construction of +/-1,922 LF of 8” PVC gravity sewer main; 13 precast concrete manholes, 29 single sewer service connections with cleanout; 21 double sewer service connections with cleanout, and all other related appurtenances.

A nonrefundable fee of $100.00 will be required for Bidding Documents including full-sized drawings.

Any Contractor submitting a Bid on this project hereby certifies, indicates, and acknowledges that he/she has a General Engineering Contractor License from the State of West Virginia and meets all the qualifications required by the statutes of the state and subdivision in which the work is to be performed.

Directions to The Meadows – Phase 10 Development:Take interstate 79 north to Exit 155 (West Virginia University), travel east on 19/24 (Chaplin Hill Road), take left on County Route 7/19 (Blue Horizon Drive) continue north to the intersection of County Route 7 (Mason Dixon Highway) and County Route 19 (Blue Horizon Drive) take left at the intersection and continue West on County Route 7 (Mason Dixon Highway) for approximately 2.6 miles; turn right at The Meadows development; The Meadows – Phase 10 development is straight ahead.
