Project Description:

This project is located off Cheat Road (Rt. 857) in the Cheat Lake area of Monongalia County.

The work includes construction of +/- 2,671 LF of 8” SDR-35 PVC gravity sewer main pipe by open cut method, +/- 185 LF of 8” HDPE gravity pipe, fused, by open cut method, +/- 363 LF of 8” HDPE gravity pipe, fused, by horizontal directional drill method, fifteen (15) standard manholes, three (3) drop-manholes, twenty-eight (28) single sanitary sewer services, five (5) double sanitary sewer services, and all other related appurtenances.

Directions to the site: Coming from interstate 79, take interstate 68 east to Exit 7 (Airport Pierpont Rd). Turn right onto county route 857 (Cheat Road). Travel approximately 1.1 miles and the project site will be located on the right.
