Project Description:

The project is located off Brand Road in Monongalia County, West Virginia.

The work includes construction of +/- 1,399 LF of 8” PVC gravity sewer main, ten (10) standard manholes, +/- 50 LF of 16” steel casing bore and jack, and all other related appurtenances.

Directions to project site is as follows: take I-79 north to Exit 155 (West Virginia University). Merge right onto Chaplin Road (Rt. 19/24). Turn left onto Blue Horizon Road (Rt. 19). Stay on for approximately 4.2 miles then turn right onto Brand Road (Rt. 52). Stay on Brand Road for approximately 0.4 miles and site will be located on left side.

Any Contractor submitting a Bid on this project hereby certifies, indicates, and acknowledges that he/she has a valid and current General Engineering Contractor License from the State of West Virginia and meets all the qualifications required by the statutes of the state and subdivision in which the work is to be performed.
