Project Description:

The project is located off Brand Road in Monongalia County, West Virginia.

The work includes construction of +/- 1,131 feet of 8” gravity sewer main, +/- 65’ of 16” steel casing by open cut method, seven (7) standard manholes, one (1) drop-manhole, two (2) doghouse manholes, and all other related appurtenances.

Bidding Documents must be obtained from the Issuing Office which is the Morgantown Utility Board, 278 Greenbag Road, Morgantown, WV 26507-0852, (304) 292-8443. A nonrefundable fee of $100.00 will be required to be acknowledged as a Plan Holder of Record. Plan Holder of Record will be given official bidding documents including full-sized drawings. Only Plan Holders of Record may be allowed to submit official bids. Bidding Documents must be paid for and obtained by 2:00 pm Thursday, December 18, 2025. Overnight mailing of Bidding Documents will not be provided.

Any Contractor submitting a Bid on this project hereby certifies, indicates, and acknowledges that he/she has a valid and current General Engineering Contractor License from the State of West Virginia and meets all the qualifications required by the statutes of the state and subdivision in which the work is to be performed.
